Your role

As Corporate Service Intern, you will work closely with the Head of RES Italy, supporting the management and continuous improvement of our Real Estate & Services activities in Italy.

This is a broad and dynamic role that will give you exposure to different areas of the business, including vendor and performance management, financial control, risk and business continuity, reporting and data analysis.

You will help monitor our external partners and service performance, analyse costs and operational trends, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to solving day-to-day business challenges. You will also interact with different stakeholders, developing a good understanding of how a corporate services function operates and how it supports the wider business.

Your team

RES Italy is a small, agile function with a broad network around it. You will work directly with the Head of RES Italy and collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of external partners and service providers responsible for delivering our services across the country.

This set-up gives you the opportunity to take responsibility early, work across different topics and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your expertise

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and comfortable communicating with different people. Previous experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management or Corporate Services is not required. What matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn.

Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mindset and confidence working with data and information
Curiosity, initiative and willingness to learn
A practical, problem-solving attitude
The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your activities
