Role: Criminal Lawyer (Remote)

Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Criminal Lawyer to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves handling criminal defense cases, ensuring robust legal representation, and managing client consultations. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for criminal defense.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with procedural requirements. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience practicing criminal law required.
• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software required.
