Overview In this role within Group Data AI and Automation Solutions, you drive cross-group AI initiatives and help scale AI-driven automation and recommendations. You will help design a central platform with reusable analytics services for business units, enabling impactful, data-powered decisions. You'll develop end-to-end AI projects and translate research into production-ready solutions, contributing to a living library of shared algorithms. Retribuzione / Benefits Smart working and flexible hours Corporate welfare system Meal vouchers Supplementary health insurance and discounted policies Well-being initiatives Training and development and structured learning paths for technical and managerial growth Responsabilità Support project setup and analyze current processes to build a business case and target end-to-end solution design including required models and data Develop end-to-end AI projects (data preprocessing, model selection, training, evaluation, and code maintenance) Present project results and performance to business stakeholders Research cutting-edge techniques and convert research into production, enriching the library of reusable algorithms Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) At least 2 years of experience as a data scientist or AI/ML engineer Experience designing, developing, and evaluating ML/Statistical models (clustering, classification, regression, forecasting) Proficiency with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C, etc.) Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in NLP or Computer Vision techniques Knowledge of main LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) and related libraries (LangChain, LLamaIndex) and prompt engineering Proficiency with Data Science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy) Fluent in English Strong problem-solving, analytical and deductive abilities Creativity and determination Teamwork, proactivity, autonomy, commitment, and results-oriented mindset ML model design, development and evaluation (clustering, classification, regression, forecasting) Programming in Python, Java, or C NLP and/or Computer Vision techniques
