POSITION: Beauty Therapist – Skincare LOCATION: La Rinascente Duomo CONTRATCT: FULL TIME Dior is taking its luxury skincare expertise into the world of treatments. Be a part of the journey to deliver exquisite and luxury treatments with a compelling and unique service to match. This brand-new concept embodies Dior Institut legitimacy and exclusive techniques. The Skincare Therapist will promote Dior image of skincare expertise via conducting Dior Private Skin Treatments and providing the highest standard of service to clients. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micro peeling and treatments for men Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers and booking of skincare treatment service Educate customers on Dior products, on skincare application techniques and routines, and on the Dior brand Achieve retail sales targets and facial targets monthly Support team with planning and executing key events and PR activities when requested Ensure the Welcome to Dior approach is embedded with every client interaction Manage client bookings and build client profile tailored to treatments offered Attend regular bespoke training and ensure product and service knowledge is promoted Sell Dior products and skincare treatments and provide a high standard of service to customers on counter throughout the whole sale via Dior professional selling techniques Able to cross sell makeup and fragrance / global approach Coach Beauty Consultants on their skincare diagnosis, consultation and gestures and application tips (if Dior Cabin for Dior Private Skin Treatments at the counter) Update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile Develop and utilize customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments) Ensure that cabins are always in line with hygiene and quality standards Monitor stock levels, report any issues to Counter Manager to ensure there is sufficient stock, particularly on skincare products Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and Cabin and store standards Respect corporate & counter rules and report to trade store management team and operational staff Directly reports to Dior in-store management team and internal interactions with Training, Sales and Marketing Team Members Represent the brand values towards the client and always demonstrates a Dior attitude PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Preferably with skincare luxury business experience Technical Director Diploma (3 years) required Previous professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysis Experience of Spa environment desirable Experience of working in luxury retail environment but not essential Possess formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ or Diploma[AP1] ATTITUDES Strong Client Centric mindset Team player Pro-active and positive mind-set Out-going, courteous, genuine Self-confident, liking contact with people and at ease to approach customers Eager to satisfy customers and create trustful relationship Comfortable working in a retail environment Adaptable to novelty and change, eager to learn Attention to detail, good organizational skills, priority setting and personal accountability Result-oriented, always striving to achieve more Creative and open to trends Passionate about beauty and skincare SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Selling skills and Customer-service skills Confirmed aptitude on skincare application on face and body, especially on high level skincare treatments and use of skincare tools Completed training on skincare knowledge, face and body applications Excellent product knowledge on cosmetics, in particular skincare and skincare treatment Excellent knowledge on the face and body anatomy, muscles, skin and how it functions Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English Able and willing to coach and develop people in skincare diagnosis & consultation Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
