Sulzer is a leading engineering company with a proud heritage of innovation. We are looking for a / an Sales Engineer Service division to join our Services_EUA team in Italy.
We are seeking a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial Sales Engineer to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic sales capabilities to strengthen Sulzer’s market position and deliver customer value.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Italy with a proactive, hunter approach (Products – services for pumps, steam turbines and centrifugal compressors)
Collaborate with internal tendering, engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently exceed sales (OI) targets.
Travel extensively across the territory to engage with clients and uncover growth potential.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in rotating machinery or industrial equipment.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and track record of driving business growth.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM System like Salesforce.
No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role
