We're a dynamic, remote-first global team—fostering award-winning creativity, a no-red-tape approach, and great vibes We are looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Lead to drive platform growth, content performance, and distribution strategies across client projects. This is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role that sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You'll lead a team of SMM strategists, guide platform‐specific tactics, and translate data into actions that drive measurable results. Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of social media platforms, audience behavior, and algorithm dynamics — paired with a strong ability to collaborate cross‐functionally and deliver against campaign goals. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated social media strategies in collaboration with brand and creative leads; Conduct platform audits, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities; Build systems for interpreting performance data and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders; Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, new features, and best practices across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms; Guide the development of editorial calendars, captions, and platform-optimized creative briefs; Recommend posting cadences, test‐and‐learn experiments, and performance optimizations; Present data‐driven recommendations and insights clearly and convincingly to stakeholders; Research and recommend shoppable content formats, platform‐specific commerce features, and tagging best practices to support e‐commerce goals; Propose content strategies and publishing calendars aligned with key conversion moments (e.g. gifting, seasonal, behind-the-scenes activations); Mentor a team of SMM strategists, copywriters, and analysts; oversee task prioritization and execution quality; Ensure efficient workflows and collaboration using project management and reporting tools (e.g. Asana, native platform tools); Collaborate closely with Creative Producers and Brand Marketing to align content with distribution and engagement goals; Partner with Business Partnerships to identify upsell opportunities based on content or platform trends Requirements 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or social media growth roles (agency experience preferred, client experience a must); 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring team members across SMM functions; Solid experience in social media organic growth; Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, their features and metrics; Deep understanding of content performance drivers, platform algorithms and best practices, audience behavior and growth techniques; Strong ability to turn analytics into actionable, business‐relevant insights; Solid working knowledge of native and third‐party social media tools (e.g. Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok analytics, Frame); Strong writing and editing skills for digital storytelling and brand‐aligned messaging; Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; Fluent in English; additional languages a plus Preferred Experience with social commerce and shoppable features; Familiarity with paid media formats and collaboration with performance marketing teams; General understanding of influencer/content creator ecosystems and how they integrate with social growth Benefits Competitive Salary: We respect the candidate's competence, so we discuss the salary individually and offer a truly competitive one, along with performance‐based bonuses Flexible Work Options: Work from home, your favorite café, or anywhere that sparks your creativity.
