No /ph3Offer Description /h3pThe successful candidate will be involved in scientific, teaching, and training activities in the field of nutrition science, with particular reference to the definition of metabolic phenotypes; issues related to human nutrition; the general principles of dietetics; individual and public nutrition; food and nutritional safety, sustainability, and quality; nutraceuticals, nutrigenetics, and nutrigenomics; nutritional surveillance; and food education. The research activity is expected to result in scientific publications whose quantity and quality meet at least the standards required for the Italian National Scientific Qualification (Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale) in the relevant competition sector. Research findings shall be presented at national and international conferences. The teaching commitment, including teaching activities (covering core, characterizing, related and supplementary MEDS-08/C courses, as well as laboratory classes), supplementary teaching, and student support services, shall be carried out in accordance with the University's Regulations.brTeaching may include lectures, tutorials, support in any other forms of student instruction, grading and evaluation of papers and evaluation of final exams, on the subjects and topics covered by the contract. Teaching for up to 120 hours is required, according to university regulations.
