Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for resources to be included in work teams specialized in Financial Risk Management Analysis and operating within consulting projects for medium and large-sized financial intermediaries.

MAIN TASKS

Support project managers in the development and implementation of statistical and machine learning models for financial risks in the banking industry; model development involves the analysis and management of large datasets related to banking products such as checking accounts, loans, term deposits, etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree with excellent grades in statistics, data science, mathematics or physics with strong knowledge of statistics.
  • Proficiency in Python. Familiarity with other programming languages is desirable. Also, knowledge of statistical software or data processing tools, especially R and SQL, is appreciated.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability for travel within Italy and abroad.
  • Ability to organize one's work, manage time effectively, and a team-oriented approach.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language and proficiency in a second foreign language is appreciated.

TRAINING

Prometeia means ongoing training. We provide an average of 11 days of training per year to our people, in person and online. On-the-job training is also important, through immediate and direct confrontation with the market.
