Supervisionare il Sistema di Gestione della Qualità e coordinare audit, ispezioni e certificazioni.
Analizzare i feedback degli ospiti e implementare azioni correttive con i reparti.
Definire obiettivi e KPI di qualità insieme ai manager di reparto.
Organizzare e monitorare programmi di formazione sugli standard del brand e sulle procedure operative.
Supportare lo sviluppo delle competenze del team attraverso coaching e feedback costruttivi.
Competenze ed esperienza
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli Qualità/Operations/Training in hotel upscale o luxury.
Conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure alberghiere.
Ottime capacità analitiche, relazionali e di leadership.
Padronanza di italiano e inglese; francese o altra lingua costituisce un plus.
