Working in the General Services area of Novara reporting to the RTW General Services Coordinator, he will be the point of reference in the company center for all H&S issues and support for the transversal activities of the General Services department.

Key Accountabilities

• DVR: Drafting of the risk assessment document and control of subsequent revisions in collaboration with external

consultants.

• Medical checks: organization of preventive/periodic/on-request visits and checking of certificates, management of any cases with limitations/prescriptions based on what was established by the doctor during the visit, updating the database with the data of new entries. Support to the competent doctor together with RSPP for inspections and for the management of critical issues.

• Training: organization of training on safety in the workplace (general and specific, in according to the State-Regions Agreement), organization of specific training (first aid, fire prevention, supervisors, rls), request for quotes for courses organized off-site, registration of training on specific file (on Helios database), database update for monitoring deadlines.

• Periodic meeting: periodic updating of training reports and accident statistics, organization of the meeting with the figures envisaged by Legislative Decree 81/08.

• DPI: request for quotes and purchase of accident prevention material as established by the DVR.

• Suppliers: DUVRI compilation for service/maintenance suppliers, DUVRI compilation of occasional suppliers; updating the format if necessary.

• Emergencies: assistance to consultants in drafting the emergency plan and evacuation plans. Support in editing documents following organizational or layout changes. Periodic checks on fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

• OTHER: Continuous collaboration with RLS, organization of bimonthly meetings to share problems and improvements, together with RSPP.

• Participation in AUDIT SA8000 together with RSPP.

Requirements:

• Degree in "Prevention Techniques in the environment and workplaces" or equivalent qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Good standing, dynamism, excellent organizational skills, good relational skills.

• Good knowledge of the main IT tools (world, excel)

• Availability and flexibility

• English at least at a basic level
