Find more about us on: As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and strategy for our legacy Homemade CRM, ensuring its continued success. You will collaborate closely with PHP developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enhance and innovate our CRM solution. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends. Collaboration with Development Team Work closely with PHP developers to understand technical aspects, address challenges, and ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and incorporate feedback into the product development process. Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to relevant stakeholders. Quality Assurance Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the development process. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Market Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Use market insights to make informed decisions and contribute to the overall competitive positioning of the product. Agile Methodology Embrace agile methodologies to drive efficient and iterative product development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the product development team. What distinguishes you You possess a strategic mindset and can translate business goals into actionable plans. You thrive in a cross-functional environment, working closely with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
