The Role: Lead with Vision, Build with Purpose
We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to drive one of our flagship products: PredictSpark - an AI-powered predictive marketing campaign platform that helps automotive brands anticipate customer behavior and deliver smarter, high-impact campaigns.
You'll be a hands-on technical leader, a mentor, and a problem-solver with a solution-first mindset. Grow and mentor an engineering team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems with scalable solutions.
Promote modern software development best practices, clean architecture, and agile methodologies.
Help push our AI-first culture forward - we already use AI extensively, and you'll help shape what's next.
Ensure AI is thoughtfully embedded into workflows, features, and engineering practices.
Continuously assess team performance, processes, and delivery, using feedback and data to improve how we work.
Proven leadership experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
Strong backend expertise, especially with PHP (Symfony).
Frontend awareness, with practical experience or solid understanding of Vue.js, jQuery, or similar frameworks.
Data fluency, across both relational and non-relational databases.
DevOps mindset, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
You'll help shape products used by the world's leading automotive brands.
