Responsabilità Definire strategie di scouting in autonomia Selezionare, qualificare e presentare i candidati migliori Seguire i candidati lungo tutto il processo di selezione Supportare i clienti nella gestione dei loro talenti Il profilo ideale Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel recruiting Freelance già attivo o pronto ad avviare l'attività (partita IVA o status equivalente) Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali, piattaforme online e social network Soft skills richieste: precisione, responsabilità, capacità relazionale, ascolto, curiosità, autonomia, disponibilità Iter di selezione Invia la tua candidatura rispondendo all'annuncio Organizza un colloquio di selezione con l'Hiring Manager Partecipa all'onboarding per conoscere la piattaforma Scegli le ricerche che ti interessano e inserisci i tuoi candidati Presenta tramite la piattaforma i candidati già qualificati Porta a termine i placement e incassa le tue success fee #J-18808-Ljbffr
