Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBAs Production Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.Main responsibilitiesManagement of the efficiency and OEE KPIsProduction Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levelsManagement of quality KPIsKnowledge and application of delegation mechanismResponsible for the quality of the parts produced in the ShopCritical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap)Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsContribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budgetKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with environmental emergenciesKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential riskPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial EngineeringYou have at least 5-7 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar rolesKnowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processesProject Management and Lean ProductionKnowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unitIT & numerical SkillsFluent in EnglishReportingYou are capable to work on several tasks simultaneouslyYou have strong People Management skillsYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant changeYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously #J-18808-Ljbffr
