Per un nostro cliente, prestigiosa multinazionale leader globale nella produzione di lubrificanti ad alte prestazioni, stiamo selezionando un/una Account Manager Oil per il presidio del Centro Italia. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo del business presso Case Costruttrici Auto e Truck, Concessionarie e operatori del settore automotive, con l'obiettivo di consolidare la presenza sul mercato e contribuire al raggiungimento del piano volumi e marginalità. Identificare nuove opportunità commerciali e condurre negoziazioni mirate all'ampliamento del business. Pianificare e realizzare visite commerciali presso clienti attivi e potenziali (3 giorni/settimanali on field). Fornire supporto tecnico e formativo ai clienti, facilitando la corretta applicazione e promozione dei prodotti. Collaborare con i team interni marketing, tecnico e operations per sviluppare piani di crescita e attività promozionali. Partecipare ad eventi di settore, attività marketing e iniziative motorsport. Contribuire al raggiungimento del piano di vendita annuale e agli obiettivi di medio periodo. Laurea in Ingegneria, Chimica o discipline tecniche affini. Esperienza di 2–3 anni in ruoli tecnico-commerciali maturati presso Case Costruttrici Auto/Truck, Aftersales o aziende del settore lubrificanti. Spiccato interesse per il settore automotive e il motorsport, unito a sensibilità verso i temi di sostenibilità. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Residenza preferibile in Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Umbria, Toscana o Lazio Nord. Roulo in Home Work
