Il ruolo prevede la gestione dell’intera area assegnata, dalla gestione organizzativa della value stream e del conseguimento dei target assegnati.
Il ruolo del Manufacturing manager risponde al Plant manager.
Responsabilità- Gestisce i production supervisors con l’obiettivo di guidare l’area di propria competenza al raggiungimento degli obiettivi (qualità,efficienza, livello servizio, indice rotazione magazzino);
- Garantisce il dimensionamento e l’organizzazione del proprio team in base ai carichi di lavoro previsti;
- Monitora gli indici di performance della propria area e, a fronte di deviazioni, indica le priorità di implementazione delle azioni;
- Contribuisce al raggiungimento dei target di productivity della propria area identificando le criticità e implementando relative azioni correttive;
- In base ai carichi di lavoro previsti (output di S&OP S&OE) calcola la saturazione degli impianti di produzione
- Sostiene e promuove le iniziative relative alla sicurezza unitamente al team HSE;
- Monitora le conformità di processo ed il rispetto degli standard operativi/qualità, organizzando i relativi audit di verifica;
- Supporta i production supervisors rendendoli indipendenti ed efficaci nei loro ruoli attraverso training, coach e gestione condivisa dei risultati;
- Collabora con i dipartimenti di lean, qualità, pianificazione, R&D, piattaforme e ingegneria di plant per gestire eventuali criticità e valutare progetti di sviluppo
