This is a client-facing role, ideal for individuals coming from Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, or FP&A roles in consulting. You will play a pivotal role in designing financial models, interpreting data insights, and enabling our clients to build more agile and insight-led finance functions. Responsibilities Lead the development and enhancement of financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) tailored to client transformation needs. Conduct diagnostic reviews and data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement levers in client finance operations. Translate financial data into actionable insight using Excel and Power BI for internal and client reporting. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders—both internally and client-side—to implement finance transformation roadmaps. Support transaction-related projects, including carve-outs, restructurings, and post-merger integration, as relevant. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal knowledge sharing initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance best practices, digital tools, and industry benchmarks. Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consultancy firm (Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring) or in-house in a large corporation’s finance team. Strong technical and conceptual understanding of financial statements, cash flow mechanics, and reporting frameworks. Advanced Excel modelling skills: demonstrated ability to build and improve complex financial models. Strong working knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tools), including dashboard creation and automated reporting. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, solution-oriented environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present technical findings to non-technical audiences. Bachelor degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field; advanced degrees or financial certifications considered a plus (e.g., ACA, CFA). What do we offer?
