About the position The person in this role In this role will support the Controlling department in monitoring financial performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports that support strategic decision-making. Support the monthly closing process by collecting and validating data from multiple stores and departments Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor store efficiency and profitability Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes at both store and corporate level Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Collaborate with HR, Operations and Marketing teams to gather insights and improve data quality Help improving existing reporting tools and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate information for management Support ad-hoc financial analysis. Assist with cost control initiatives and margin optimization projects What do you bring Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling or a similar analytical environment is a plus. Good Excel skills and confidence working with data. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment. As an individual you are Analytical and comfortable working with data and numbers. Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and reliability. Curious and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment. Well-organized and able to manage priorities and deadlines. A collaborative team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders. Fixed or Permanent employment contract accordingly with experience with CCNL Commercio and teriziario The indicative gross annual salary ranges between €28,000 and €30,000 , with an additional 10% performance-based bonus..
