About the role:

We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano, in Italy

What you will do:

This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department; assuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, ensuring that costs are controlled without compromising quality, and delivering the highest standards consistently. This includes leading guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests wherever possible, budgeting, assuring the financial goals of the department are met, and establishing and maintaining cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure the appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.

This job includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
