Descrizione del lavoro
Regulatory & Energy Markets Managers svolgono un ruolo chiave nei mercati globali in cui Energy Pool opera, definendo continuamente gli ambiti di sviluppo del business e quindi la crescita dell'azienda.
La posizione in oggetto, di base a Milano, sarà responsabile del mercato italiano e riporterà direttamente al Country Manager Italia; inoltre lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Business Line “Flexibility Energy Market” e con il Dipartimento Affari Regolatori della sede centrale di Bourget-du Lac in Francia.
Il profilo ricercato dovrà avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile per poter essere rapidamente operativo sulle responsabilità assegnateli, tra le quali:
- Svolgere un ruolo attivo nella comprensione, definizione e valutazione del rischio del nuovo quadro normativo italiano per i mercati dell'energia e della flessibilità (TIDE), cosi come di altre norme strettamente collegate alle diverse business lines di Energy Pool, al fine di massimizzare il valore della flessibilità dei propri clienti.
- Monitorare l’evoluzione di tali normative, partecipando ad eventi e attività di consultazione, svolgendo laddove necessario, attività di lobby per allineare il quadro normativo alla proposta di Energy Pool.
- Lavorare insieme al Country Manager all'implementazione e monitoraggio della strategia a medio-lungo termine di Energy Pool Italia.
- Supportare le diverse business lines ed i team di supporto locali della sede centrale, nella definizione della marketing offering, value proposition, accordi commerciali, e durante il monitoraggio dei contratti.
- Gestire tutte le procedure amministrative e tecniche necessarie ad Energy Pool per operare sul mercato dell’energia e flessibilità in Italia, utilizzando risorse interne e/o esterne.
Requisiti
- Competenza (normativa e operativa) nei mercati dell'energia in Italia.
- Propensione all'imprenditorialità: esperienza nell'avvio di un'attività complessa e sofisticata in un nuovo paese per la Casa Madre.
- Eccellenti doti di presentazione, comunicazione e capacità di avere un impatto ad alto livello manageriale (governo e agenzie governative, autorità di regolamentazione, clienti industriali, ecc.).
- Leadership, autonomia, curiosità, autodeterminazione.
- Rigoroso, organizzato e orientato ai risultati.
- Adattabilità in un ambiente complesso e in continua evoluzione.
