Head Men ആരംഭൽ Lacrosse Coach Shorter University, a NCAA Division II institution competing in the Conference Carolinas, is accepting applicants for the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach position. This role involves Student‐Athlete development—including spiritual growth, evaluation and recruitment of prospective student‐athletes—and overall administrative duties. The position reports directly to the Athletic Director and operates within the policies of the University, Athletics Department, Conference Carolinas, and NCAA. Job रुपमा Oversee all aspects of the Men's Lacrosse program, including scheduling, budgeting, game preparation, practice planning and execution, conditioning, recruiting, academic monitoring, staff supervision, and fundraising. Student‐Athlete Development Create an environment that teaches student‐athletes to know Jesus Christ and honor God. Lead, guide, and foster spiritual growth. Develop student‐athletes through counseling, advising, educating, and motivating. Monitor, evaluate, and retain student‐athletes. Collaborate with strength and conditioning staff to incorporate training programs. Evaluate prospects via high‐school visits, competitions, and/or camps. Recruit Division II‐eligible prospects from high school, junior college, and transfers. Administrative Abide by the rules and regulations of the NCAA and the Conference Carolinas. Qualifications Previous experience as a player or coach at the collegiate level or highly successful high‐school/club coaching experience. Bachelor's degree required. Job Duties Organize and supervise all practices, matches, and the off‐season conditioning program. Develop and administer a recruiting plan. Manage budget and scheduling. Ensure adherence to Shorter University and NCAA regulations. Arrange transportation and lodging. Administer pre‐game devotional program. Uphold team representation of Shorter University with character, class, and sportsmanship. Understand the role of intercollegiate athletics in a challenging academic environment that values the physical, intellectual, and spiritual development of each student.
