LOGISTA SPA, principale distributore di prodotti e servizi a punti vendita d'Europa, ci ha affidato l'incarico di individuare una Persona interessata a ricoprire il ruolo di PRODUCTION SPECIALIST da assumere a tempo determinato con possibilità di futura assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Sede di lavoro: Tortona (AL)
Il ruolo di PRODUCTION SPECIALIST prevede:
- Gestire e controllare in modo autonomo ogni fase produttiva concernente il regolare e corretto allestimento degli ordini ed il controllo delle uscite dei mezzi.
- Supportare la produzione seguendo tramite software dedicati le linee automatizzate introducendo azioni correttive e calibrando i parametri che regolano l'impianto in funzione delle situazioni contingenti.
- Gestire, in collaborazione con i colleghi, le attività amministrative funzionali afferenti alla produzione e successiva uscita delle merci con la creazione dei documenti di trasporto doganali.
- Contribuire all'ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione, con l'obiettivo di snellire i tempi d'attività e garantire l'efficienza produttività.
- Favorire lo scambio di informazioni con gli altri dipartimenti e reparti produttivi.
- Segnalare problematiche tecniche verso società esterne e dipartimenti interni.
- Supportare telefonicamente il network nella gestione di entrate e uscite merci e altre attività operative.
Per ricoprire tale ruolo è necessario :
- aver conseguito un Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico o una Laurea Triennale in ambito tecnico o economico.
- possedere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- possedere una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riferimento ad Excel.
- essere disponibili a lavorare su 3 turni, dalle ore 6:00 alle 14:00 o dalle 14:00 alle 22:00 o dalle 22:00 alle 6:00.
- aver maturato esperienza nella mansione di Production Specialist.
L'inquadramento contrattuale prevede:
- qualifica di impiegato .
- retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza e competenze già acquisite.
