RESPONSABILE MARKETING STRATEGICO AUTOMOTIVE La divisione Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professional, Leader Search & Selection , specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle, senior & top management, per realtà di riferimento a all'interno del settore automotive ricerca un / una : Obiettivi principali La figura sarà responsabile di supportare la Direzione nella gestione strategica e operativa delle attività di marketing della Business Line Spare Parts La figura avrà un ruolo chiave sia nelle iniziative di marketing di prodotto che nelle attività promozionali e commerciali , contribuendo a rafforzare la presenza dei brands e le performance nei mercati di riferimento. Responsabilità principali Condurre attività di benchmarking per individuare best practice e migliorare l'efficacia delle strategie di marketing. Raccogliere e analizzare dati di mercato e tendenze della concorrenza per supportare strategie commerciali mirate e anticipare le esigenze dei clienti. Effettuare analisi periodiche dei dati di vendita, delle performance dei prodotti e dell'efficacia delle campagne promozionali. Definire strategie di posizionamento e pricing in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali e le dinamiche di mercato. Analizzare il ciclo di vita dei prodotti e identificare opportunità di miglioramento o sviluppo di nuovi prodotti. Implementare, coordinandosi con la struttura Communication & Branding di gruppo, le attività previste dal piano marketing, inclusi lo sviluppo e il lancio di campagne promozionali e monitorarne i risultati. Collaborare con la struttura Communication & Branding di gruppo per la creazione di cataloghi, brochure, presentazioni e altri strumenti di supporto per la rete vendita e i clienti. Aggiornare e gestire i canali digitali aziendali, inclusi il sito web e i social media, con particolare attenzione alla promozione dei prodotti e alla comunicazione istituzionale. Collaborare con la struttura Communication & Branding di gruppo nella gestione di agenzie di comunicazione, fornitori e altre parti terze per garantire l'efficacia delle iniziative di marketing. Coordinare un team di risorse, promuovendone la formazione e la crescita professionale. Requisiti Formazione : Gradita laurea in marketing, economia o ambiti affini. Esperienza : Consolidata in ruoli di marketing strategico all'interno del settore Automotive Spare Parts o in ambiti affini. Lingue : Inglese C1.
