We are expanding fast and looking for a Junior Business Developer who is hungry to learn, grow, and build real sales experience in an international environment.The RoleThis is a sales-first role. You'll work closely with the sales team to support business development activities, manage leads, and help convert clubs into long-term partners.At Ninesquared, you'll also have the opportunity to work first-hand with all areas of the company — from marketing and product to operations and international projects, gaining a 360° understanding of how a fast-growing sports brand operates.You don't need years of experience. You need energy, ambition, curiosity, and the willingness to pick up the phone.What You'll DoSupport outbound and inbound sales activitiesContact clubs, academies, and sports organizations via email and phoneFollow up on leads and commercial offersManage and update CRM and sales pipelinesAssist in preparing offers and presentationsManage your own clients, from order placement to customer relationship managementSupport international sales projects in Europe and the USLearn how a premium sports brand sells B2B, end to endWork closely with customer serviceWho You AreAmbitious, and eager to learnFresh from university or with some relevant work experienceComfortable speaking with people and building relationshipsNot afraid of sales conversations or phone callsOrganized, proactive, and reliableFluent in English and Italian; other languages are a bonusPassion for sport is a big plus; volleyball is a strong advantage but not requiredWhat We OfferA real and fast growth path in sales and business developmentDirect exposure to founders and decision-makingInternational clients and projects from day oneA fast-moving, informal, and ambitious work environmentCompetitive salary with growth potential linked to performance Location & Work SetupOur headquarters are in Riva del Garda, where this role is based.
