Overview In this role you own supplier fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and related documents while driving performance improvements. You will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics to align production plans with company processes. You solve complex problems to support short
- and long-term business goals and uphold quality and regulatory compliance. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape supplier strategy in a leading energy technology company. Provide visibility to internal customers on supplier plans and priorities to meet on-time delivery targets. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of all material documentation. Engage with Platform and Operating Units to give regular supplier performance feedback and refine strategy. Coordinate with Logistics to optimize transportation plans and reduce costs. Contribute to key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects. Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or equivalent experience (MBA acceptable). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; Fluency in Italian and English; negotiation stakeholder management supplier management logistics coordination procurement processes
