Job Description As a IT Legal SR Specialist , you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan . You'll oversee all aspects of a company's contract negotiations, obligations and implementation. Your duties include negotiating contracts, advising management and supervising the implementation of contracts for optimal efficiency. The role will operate in Legal Department in Italy, focused on IT domain, in close contact with international environment. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Create standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners (specific for IT Area) Study the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry regulations. Supervise contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Research business partners and their history prior to writing or signing contracts. Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts. Maintain, update and improve contractual records. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone eager to make a difference.
