Comm. & Maint. Instrument Superintendent (Fixed Term - Venezia)

Purpose of the position: As Commissioning and Maintenance Instrument Superintendent , you will respond to the Commissioning Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Venezia Refinery . You will manage and support resources .

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Ensure that Commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance activities within the assigned area are performed in full compliance with HSE requirements, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations
• Verify that Commissioning & Start-up requirements are properly addressed in engineering documentation and contribute to project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate Commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance activities, including vendors, resources, materials and logistics, ensuring effective execution and timely reporting.
• Supervise Preventive, Condition-Based and Corrective Maintenance, optimizing maintenance plans, spare parts and manpower according to plant requirements and feedback.
• Lead and develop the assigned team, identifying training and competency gaps and ensuring personnel are adequately prepared for commissioning and maintenance activities.

What are we looking for?

Education: Technical Diploma or Master’s Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Automation / Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Relevant experience as Commissioning and Maintenance Instrument Superintendent within Oil & Gas Industry.

Languages: Italian (Mother Tongue), English (B2)

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of instrumentation, automation, analyzers and telecommunication systems, combined with the ability to read and interpret technical project documentation (P&IDs, isometrics, piping arrangements, plot plans and installation procedures) and identify appropriate corrective actions.

IT Skills: MS Office, SAP, Primavera P6
