Descrizione del lavoro: La figura professionale ricercata di site manager/capocantiere, in affiancamento al project manager, si occuperà di attività quali:
Contatto con i subappaltatori e le maestranze di cantiere, gestione del carico di lavoro, supervisione e verifica del loro operato, collaudo finale dell'impianto
Verifica del materiale che entra in cantiere
Contatto con l'ufficio acquisti per l'acquisto di materiali di consumo
Collaborazione continua con il project manager a cui dà feedback sull'avanzamento dei lavori
Competenze richieste: I requisiti fondamentali per lo svolgimento del ruolo di site manager sono:
Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni nella mansione
Competenze tecniche in ambito elettrico e/o meccanico e/o termotecnico
Competenze in ambito di salute e sicurezza sui cantieri
Lettura disegno tecnico (disegno meccanico/elettrico/idraulico...)
Gradito diploma tecnico
Gradito uso Autocad per consultare i disegni
Disponibilità a trasferte su cantieri in nord Italia
Completano il profilo: ottime doti comunicative, relazionali, organizzative.
Tipo di assunzione: inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato. Ccnl Metalmeccanico Industria, ral in base all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato prescelto. Possibilità di auto aziendale; pc, cellulare.
Disponibilità lavorativa: Full time. Giornata.
Luogo di lavoro: Zingonia.
