Your contribution to Prysmians Success: We are looking for an Investment Production Engineer to join our Group Equipment Engineering & Investments team based in Milan. Reporting to the Investments Director, key responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation and regular update of the group CapEx investments plan. Actively participate in the approval process by verifying investment proposals for value proposition, budget, timeline, and technical accuracy. Support the collection and preparation of all necessary documentation prior to the investments approval and maintain precise records of investments data post‐approval. Act as a point of reference for the collection and analysis of ESG investment requirements as well as for gathering all necessary information for various ESG reports. Work on the development and continuous improvement of Investment Management processes, policies and systems. Support internal and external audits of investments processes. You are the right fit if you have/are: Fluent in English and Italian Engineering Background Up to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry Ability to operate pro‐actively and autonomously with focus on details Strong communication & interpersonal skills Strong teamwork skills results‐oriented and problem‐solving skills Highly self‐motivated with a keen hands‐on approach.
