International Business Development Manager

Per una start up italiana in forte crescita nel settore delle tisane e infusi biologici di alta qualità, stiamo cercando un/a International Business Development Manager .
L’azienda si distingue per la selezione meticolosa delle materie prime, l’attenzione alla sostenibilità e un approccio contemporaneo al benessere naturale. La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nell’espansione del brand sui mercati internazionali, con frequenti trasferte all’estero e responsabilità dirette sullo sviluppo commerciale globale.
Guidare lo sviluppo commerciale internazionale, aprendo nuovi mercati e gestendo direttamente clienti, distributori e partner esteri.
Effettuare trasferte frequenti all’estero (Europa, Middle East, Asia, Nord America) per visite a clienti, fiere, eventi e attività di negoziazione.
Definire ed eseguire la strategia commerciale B2B e B2C, in linea con il posizionamento premium del brand.
Identificare nuove opportunità di business, costruire pipeline commerciali e chiudere accordi strutturati.
Coordinare e supportare agenti e rete vendita nelle diverse aree geografiche.
Monitorare KPI, performance e marginalità, contribuendo alla crescita globale del brand.
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza commerciale , di cui almeno 3 anni di esperienza diretta in uno dei canali chiave : specialty retail, HoReCa, regalistica, farmacia o distribuzione.
Forte orientamento ai mercati internazionali e disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente.
Provenienza dal mondo food & beverage premium, wellness o affini (preferibilmente non da multinazionali e/o distribuzione beverage mass market)
Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese ; gradita una seconda lingua.
