As a pre-sales technical strategist at Autodesk, you translate customer needs into actionable workflows and architectures that showcase ROI. You will partner with cross-functional teams to promote Autodesk solutions and shape technical roadmaps. You'll deliver compelling technical content and presentations to a global audience, building trust with customers and supporting revenue growth.
This role blends domain expertise in BIM and AEC with hands-on technical storytelling to drive adoption of Autodesk products. salary transparency base salary plus bonuses and stock grants in-person onboarding global opportunities Discover customer needs and provide Autodesk solution advice and ROI illustrations aligned to them Build trust and credibility with customers to support the development of strategic technical roadmaps Deliver technical presentations at customer-facing events, meetings and webinars Coordinate technical resources from extended teams Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify potential for revenue growth Provide feedback to Product teams to improve Autodesk solutions Develop technical content for use in pre-sales activities and sales enablement Promote Autodesk solutions and build an industry profile as a recognized technical expert Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical background Technical knowledge of Autodesk products such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3 D, Forma Knowledge of Building Information Modelling and Common Data Environment / Information Management concepts Knowledge of Enterprise IT concepts is desirable Experience in the AEC industry, including design, engineering, contracting or operations, with flexibility to serve customers in multiple industries Experience in the D&M industry would be an additional advantage Written and spoken English and Italian language skills Excellent presentation and storytelling skills through a variety of mediums Ability to travel within Italy, with occasional travel to other international locations Excellent presentation and storytelling collaboration across teams learning orientation Autodesk Revit Forma Pre-Sales
