Who We're Looking For: Maintenance Planning & Continuous Improvement: Manage and update the maintenance plan for rail coaches. Incorporate feedback and operational return of experience into the maintenance strategy. Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reliability. Operational Documentation & Industrialization: - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for maintenance operations (including operation lists, work instructions, and maintenance workflows). - Support the industrialization of maintenance processes to ensure efficiency, repeatability, and quality of execution. Work Package Definition & Communication: Define work packages for each scheduled maintenance interval. Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication of maintenance tasks to the maintenance execution teams. Oversee and support the first execution of newly introduced or revised maintenance activities (First Acceptance Tests). Ensure proper validation, documentation, and feedback integration from initial maintenance trials. ECM Function Compliance & Documentation: - Manage all documentation related to ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) Function requirements. - Conduct and document risk analyses related to changes in the maintenance system and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background). Proven experience in railway maintenance engineering or a related industrial maintenance environment. Experience with maintenance planning, technical documentation, and process industrialization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian or other European languages is a plus. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with risk analysis methods (e.g., FMEA, HAZOP). Experience with maintenance management systems. Knowledge of applicable railway standards and regulations (e.g., EU 2019/779 for ECM). Our company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
