This role is**hybrid** and will require you to be onsite in our offices in Brugherio (MB) / onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company. Maintain category margin requirements and find opportunities to increase it when possible Daily tasks:* Strong analytical skills* Fluency in Italian and English is a must* Experience of being responsible for a product area and stock management (preferred)* Ability to work in a very collaborative "live commercial" environment (preferred)* Ability to take risks constantly learning and improving* Good empathy, curiosity and entrepreneurship mindset2-5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory)Good Office suite knowledge with Excel strong expertise .
