Assistant Store Manager M/F - Taormina (Season 2026, starting around late March) ZIMMERMANN is one of Australia's leading and most respected fashion designer brands. Zimmermann's ready‐to‐wear, swim, and resort collections are sold through boutiques and high‐end retailers across Australia, EU, UK, USA, and online. We maintain stand‐alone retail stores throughout Australia and internationally, and run a successful online business. We also have a well‐established wholesale business, with major stockists such as Net‐a‐Porter and Saks Fifth Avenue. We are currently seeking an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Taormina (CDD Full time 40h) for the 2026 season starting around late March. The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager on daily operational tasks, sales targeting, and customer service excellence. The role also supports visual merchandising, training, and back‐office duties to help drive store revenue. Main areas of responsibility: Support sales and visual merchandising (VM) Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.) Back‐office tasks (reporting, planning, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.) This list of responsibilities is non‐exhaustive.
