To achieve this, we are strengthening our sales team within the Modern Trade channel. As Head of Modern Trade , you will be a key driver of our commercial success. This is a high-impact leadership role where you can shape and execute channel strategy, lead a talented team of Key Account Managers and own relationships with top retailers and buying groups. Your Responsibilities Coach, develop, and empower your team, embracing Ricola's culture of Caring & Daring to drive growth, collaboration, and bold decision-making Define and implement channel strategies aligned with business objectives Drive revenue, distribution and market share growth through effective planning and execution Lead first-level negotiation s with buying groups and key accounts Monitor performance and optimize investments. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and team development skills Proven experience in FMCG and Modern Trade at a senior level Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Analytical mindset with a focus on results and profitability Location:
