We are seeking a bilingual Continuous Improvement Specialist/Manager to drive Lean transformations, eliminate operational waste, standardise SOPs, and seamlessly align local European site operations with global HQ standards. Lead site-level Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization initiatives across warehouse departments, driving measurable productivity improvements, cost reductions, and operational standardization. The Scope: You will act as the strategic process bridge between local European warehouse operational teams and global Chinese engineering/operational excellence HQ, analyzing operational data and deploying global best practices. Productivity & Bottleneck Elimination: Lead cross-functional Kaizen events resulting in tangible throughput rate increases (UPH) across Inbound, Sorting, and Outbound cells. # Translate, adapt, and implement global HQ process standards into local site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% operational fidelity. # Cost & Defect Reduction (DPMO): Identify process failure modes and deploy root-cause corrective actions (5-Why, A3, 8D) to reduce defect rates and operational cost-per-unit. # Lean Culture Coaching: Deliver training on Lean tools, 5S standards, and Gemba walk frameworks to site managers, supervisors, and floor leads. Continuous Improvement Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading Lean, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement projects within a high-volume warehouse, automated fulfillment center, or manufacturing plant. Language Requirement (Strict): Fluent/Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory to enable seamless technical and operational collaboration with global HQ teams. . Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. High proficiency in data analytics (SQL, Excel, PowerBI) and process mapping. Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
