Our client is an international multinational company operating in the industrial sector.Main ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Manager will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance within a dynamic and growing environment.The Finance Manager will play a strategic role supporting General Management and driving financial governance for the business unit.In detail:Co-manage P&L objectives together with General ManagementEnsure accounting accuracy and timely closing processesLead financial analysis, performance management, pricing, and working capitalImplement tools and systems (ERP, Power BI) to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-makingIdentify and drive operational improvements within the finance areaCoordinate and develop finance teams and plant controllersRequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplinesMore than 7 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and manufacturing environmentsExperience in full P&L managementStrong skills in financial modeling, margin analysis, and business performanceKnowledge of ERP and Power BIKnowledge of US GAAP Fluent in EnglishHuman Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
