Con l'espansione del nostro canale di live‐commerce, stiamo cercando un/una Specialista TikTok Shop & Live Streaming Operations da integrare nel nostro team. Responsabilità Gestire l'operatività completa del nostro TikTok Shop. Caricamento dei prodotti, gestione del catalogo e verifica degli SKU. Supporto alle sessioni live: moderazione, controllo del flusso, coordinamento in tempo reale e gestione del backstage. Gestione degli ordini post‐live: conferma ordini, organizzazione logistica, follow‐up con i clienti e servizio post‐vendita. Monitoraggio delle performance del canale live e del negozio, con proposte di ottimizzazione. Garantire il pieno rispetto delle regole, politiche e dinamiche promozionali di TikTok Shop. Requisiti Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di live streaming (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Taobao, Douyin o altre piattaforme). Ottima conoscenza delle regole delle piattaforme, degli algoritmi e delle migliori pratiche del live commerce. Italiano madrelingua (C2). Inglese fluente (B2–C1). Capacità di comunicazione eccellente, problem solving e gestione del multitasking. Attitudine proattiva, organizzata e orientata al dettaglio in un ambiente dinamico. J-18808-Ljbffr
