Job Purpose/Role Based in Milan and reporting to the Surety Team, you will be in charge of developing and executing the strategy for the Constructors and Corporate Client risks in the Italian market. Key Responsibilities Ensure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines. Steer and control the portfolio at local level to drive the achievement of financial targets. Ensure underwriting consistency and discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. Expertise in risk assessment and firm understanding of policy administration life cycle. Sound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills. Ideally experience in balance sheet analysis. Ideally experience in driving underwriting projects. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Data analytics.
