This role is more than planning — it's about impact. We are looking for a passionate Demand Planner to coordinate between Sales and Supply Chain, driving excellence and innovation. YOUR TASKS Support of all parties involved in the monthly and annual demand planning processes (sales, marketing, finance) Single point of contact between Supply Chain and Business Directors/Sales Planners on sales planning issues Analyze sales plans and KPIs, verify and validate with the Sales Planner the assumptions behind the provided data and its reliability Consolidation of the global sales forecast Prepare and present demand plan, outlook and KPIs in the monthly S&O cycle to the Management Board and provide insights on data Manage short-term demand deviations and unplanned demand requests with Supply Chain and Sales team Provide periodic and ad hoc reports/dashboards to local and global departments Drive improvement of Demand Planning and Demand Control process, as well as planning capabilities of Business Directors and Sales Planners Key User of the SAP IBP planning software for Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning, incl. system parameterization and master data management Daily collaboration with internal departments, like Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Controlling and Finance YOUR PROFILE Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Supply Chain Management Several years of experience with demand planning tools and forecasting techniques Extensive understanding of business processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, BI knowledge, and SAP IBP experience High ability to analyze and comprehend dataSolution-oriented, process-driven mindset and strong communication skills Fluent in English (Italian or German is a plus) OUR OFFER An international company that cares about people and planet The chance to work in an international environment and gain deep insight about different markets Engaged, welcoming and dynamic Teams Diverse tasks with high visibility in the organization Possibility to understand end-to-end process with different business models in a successful FMCG company Training and development opportunities through the "Loacker Academy" Individual onboarding program Company canteen Workplace Bolzano Contact Person Alex CunjacTalent Acquisition To us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.
