Job Description You will be part of Eniverse, a global energy tech company committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. The team supports Directors and Investment Managers in developing new ventures and managing the portfolio of participating companies. Your responsibilities include analyzing technologies and applications from research to validation, industrialization, origination, and execution of operations aimed at creating new businesses based on proprietary technology and distinctive know‐how. Key Responsibilities Analyze technology trends, emerging technologies, and potential industrial applications. Support the identification of industrial and/or financial partners for ventures. Develop business cases, economic‐financial analyses, and business plans, often in collaboration with external partners. Assist PMO activities for initiatives in the funnel and the stage‐gate decision process. Contribute to the execution of M&A operations and the structuring of new ventures. Identify technological and operational risks and proactively support solutions, including mitigation plans. Help ventures establish their operating model, launch activities, and subsequent scale‐up. Provide support for venture activities and their control, including preparing documents and reporting. Assist in drafting and updating the Technology Plan and activities for developing POCs/ pilots, also with external partners. Prepare reporting materials to support top‐management decisions. Required Qualifications Master's degree in STEM or economics/management disciplines. Minimum 6 months (including internships) to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in strategic consulting, engineering/technology, corporate strategy, business development, M&A, innovation, project management, high‐growth startups, or high‐tech investment funds. Preferable experience in the energy sector (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Power, Renewables), Information Technology, or Mobility. Interest in the energy sector and transition technologies, focusing on renewable energy, circular economy, industrial and smart retail. Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
