This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual, passionate and educated about digital area in general, and would like to step in the fashion luxury industry.

This position is based in Milan (M1 San Babila stop), with a traditional full on-site set-up. The role reports directly to the eCommerce Director, involves maximum collaboration within the Digital Team, works closely with other internal functional teams, and cooperates with external counterparts.

The role supports any activity related to eCommerce and marketplaces management, including product information collection, check for accuracy, and upload in the system backend (here including visual asset). An ecommerce merchandising and a data analysis activity is also foreseen for the role.
This area entails active participation during the product photo shooting, to accurately track all the items shot.
Besides a specifically product-focused activity, the role expands into a wider, more creative eCommerce content management, that requires to be produced and updated regularly.
He/she will be also called to manage additional setup in the eCommerce system in use (for example, collections, payment methods), and test new tools in order to evolve the user experience.
Regular and massive site testing is also pert of the role.

Product data collection (from internal systems), check and upload
Product digital asset collection (from internal systems), check and upload
eCommerce content creation and upload (menu structure, category description, shop the look section, etc)
Regular eCommerce site check and reporting
eCommerce merchandising activity management (collection creation, in-collection products sorting, cross-selling setup, etc.)
eCommerce additional setup management (for example: payment method)
eCommerce external partner coordination (day-by-day operational communication, meetings, etc.)
Support in eCom data analysis (sales, products availability, stock, prices, product information completeness, etc.)
Support in testing new eCom release, eCom functionalities or tools (Shopify app, Artificial Intelligence, marketing automation, etc..)
Active participation in product photo shootings
Competitor monitoring and reporting
Marketplace management (assortment, monitoring, reporting)
Collection and documentation of eCom structure or related processes
Temporary coverage of customer service activity (email and Whatsapp) in case of need (seasonal peak, holiday period)


Bachelor or Master in a Digital or Economic related area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Creativity and strong luxury aesthetic sense
• Previous working experience in digital area is a plus
• Data literacy and analytic ability
