This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Chief Technical Officer or Technical Director to lead the technological vision of a pioneering European space company. The position offers the opportunity to lead innovation across optical, mechanical, and electronic systems, driving the company's R& D strategy and future product development.
With a strong engineering culture and global reputation for precision and innovation, the company is seeking a forward-thinking technical leader to shape its technology roadmap, strengthen cross-domain collaboration, and foster excellence across engineering teams.
As CTO/TD, you'll define long-term technical direction, support system architecture decisions, and ensure consistent standards of quality, performance, and innovation across the company's product lines. Support key system-level design decisions in collaboration with project teams.
Promote adoption of digital tools, modelling, and simulation in product development.
You'll have the autonomy to shape R& D priorities, guide expert teams, and represent the business in international collaborations. The role offers a permanent contract, hybrid flexibility, and a collaborative environment focused on engineering excellence.
