This is a hands-on 6-month internship at the intersection of investor relations, capital markets, M&A, and strategic communications, offering direct exposure to fundraising processes, investor interactions, and Board-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing, acquisition-led software group engages with investors and lenders.
Please note: the internship will be activated through your university ( ente promotore , in line with Italian regulations). Candidates must be current students or recent graduates (within the past 12 months).
Support the management of relationships with existing investors and financing partners;
Help prepare investor updates, Board materials, and reporting packs;
Conduct research on investors, funds, lenders, and market trends;
Support the coordination of investor communications and fundraising events;
Collaborate with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent investor messaging;
Help maintain internal documentation and CRM tools related to investors and brokers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
Strong interest in finance, technology, M&A, and capital markets;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian is a plus);
Direct exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and M&A activity;
Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and finance teams;
