Obiettivo del ruolo: Progettare, sviluppare e testare sistemi ottici laser innovativi per le stampanti 3D a metallo basate su tecnologia Laser Metal Fusion, garantendo l’integrazione efficace dei sistemi nei prodotti finali e contribuendo all’innovazione tecnologica dell’azienda in un contesto internazionale. La persona sarà inserita nel team di Ottica e sensoristica, risponderà ad un manager e si interfaccerà con tutte le funzioni tecniche aziendali.

Progettazione ottica e sviluppo tecnologico, Progettando e modellando sistemi ottici laser per applicazioni di Additive Manufacturing; usando strumenti di simulazione e progettazione ottica per la realizzazione dei modelli funzionali e realizzando lo studio dell’interazione tra radiazione laser e materiale per ottimizzare l’efficacia del processo LMF.
Prototipazione e test, attraverso l’as semblaggio dei prototipi dei sistemi ottici sviluppati internamente, la definizione, pianificazione ed esecuzione di test di validazione e funzionalità, fino all’analisi dei risultati di test e collaborazione al miglioramento delle soluzioni progettate
Integrazione e collaborazione interfunzionale, con i team di progettazione meccanica, elettronica e software per l’integrazione dei sistemi ottici. Supporto tecnico all’industrializzazione dei moduli ottici e interfaccia con la produzione. Partecipazione a revisioni tecniche interdisciplinari in fase di sviluppo.
Interazione con partner e supporto tecnico, che sono prevalentemente partner esterni (es. università, centri ricerca, fornitori) per attività di co-sviluppo e Scambio di conoscenze con ingegneri, scienziati e tecnici del team internazionale TRUMPF/Atlix.
Supporto alle esigenze tecniche dei clienti in fase di personalizzazione o manutenzione dei sistemi ottici.

Laurea in Fisica, Ingegneria Elettronica, Scienze o ingegneria dei materiali
Ha passione per la ricerca e sviluppo, che include la fase ideativa e progettuale, fino alla supervisione alla costruzione del prototipo e testing
