We are currently looking for a Shoes Purchasing Specialist who will join Bottega Veneta Shoes Procurement & Purchasing team based in Vigonza (PD).

How you will contribute:

  • Seguire le attività di acquisto dei componenti a taglie per le calzature: esplosione fabbisogni, inserimento ordini, solleciti e monitoraggi consegne;
  • Gestire i collaudi dei componenti in collaborazione con gli ispettori del Controllo Qualità;
  • Interfaccia con gli uffici Prodotto e Industrializzazione per la condivisione di informazioni relative agli sblocchi di produzione, l’industrializzazione e lo sviluppo delle strutture;
  • Interfaccia con la Produzione Interna per la condivisione dei piani di consegna e la gestione di eventuali criticità inerenti a fabbisogni e magazzino;
  • Seguire la predisposizione di reportistica specifica e analisi di dati.

Who you are:

  • Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni nel settore luxury e fashion e/o in industrie manifatturiere del settore calzaturiero - pelletteria;
  • Laurea in discipline Economiche e/o in Ingegneria Gestionale e/o Statistica;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (principalmente Excel);
  • La conoscenza di sistemi gestionali quali Stealth 3000, PLM, Qlik View è requisito preferenziale;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
  • Precisione, organizzazione, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative;
  • Disponibilità a svolgere trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
