As an HR Generalist and Talent Specialist , you will play a critical role in supporting our business by shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by leading efforts in talent acquisition and recruitment while supporting other key HR areas, transformation and organizational growth.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the attraction and retention of the workforce.
Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, ensure effective workforce planning, and develop strategies to address critical skill gaps.
Manage the Talent Acquisition strategy, by localizing Regional and Global initiatives, including the promotion of the EVP through employer branding campaigns and communication channels.

Help identify employee training needs and support the delivery.
Collaborate with external partners to manage training funds and explore opportunities for additional funding.
Experience: 5/8 years as an HR Generalist, with significant expertise in recruitment and exposure to other HR key topics such as total rewards, training & development and payroll processes.
Italian mother tongue and proficiency in English (C1/C2).

Experience in structured multinational companies with diverse business units and multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in adopting digital technologies and AI-driven approaches to optimize operations.
