The Candidate will be part of the Group Controlling team, based in Vicenza, and will report directly to the Senior Industrial Controller. Plant Controlling Support Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance across the Group’s plants; Analyze direct labor, indirect labor and manufacturing overhead costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement; Monitor operational KPIs, including efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing costs. Costing and product cost analysis Define, maintain and monitor standard costs for finished goods and raw materials; Support the costing of new products and new collections. Support the evaluation of logistics performance through the analysis of operational and financial KPIs, including transportation, warehouse and handling costs, trucks/containers utilization. Closings and reporting Ensure the quality and reliability of data in the ERP and Business Intelligence systems. Degree in Economics Min 3⁄5 years of experience, preferably in the textile and clothing business Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis and financial modelling. MS Dynamics AX is a plus Fluency in English. 5th–6th level under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Textile, Clothing, Fashion Industry. Gross Annual Salary Range: € 32.000–€ 37.000. The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience and the alignment of their skills and competencies with the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
