Impiegata back office commerciale (Rif. ) L'azienda nostra cliente è una storica e dinamica realtà nel settore abbigliamento total look uomo e donna che ci ha incaricato di ricercare un'impiegata per il back office commerciale.
La candidata nella posizione riporterà al Responsabile commerciale e lo supporterà nella gestione delle pratiche dei clienti oltre a fornire supporto amministrativo e di back office commerciale agli account nazionali ed esteri.
Nello specifico collaborerà nella presentazione del campionario agli agenti italiani ed esteri e si occuperà della gestione degli ordini dall'inserimento a sistema, all'inoltro in produzione sino alla consegna dei capi ai clienti.
Gestirà tutta la parte documentale di vendita e post-vendita, si relazionerà con i clienti, gli agenti, la produzione e l'amministrazione e parteciperà ad eventi e fiere di settore.
La ricerca è rivolta ad individuare una candidata, diplomata con esperienza in posizioni analoghe di back office commerciale.
Un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto di Office ed in particolare di Excel nonchè una buona padronanza della lingua inglese sono requisiti fondamentali.
