Join to apply for the Restaurant Manager – Nuova Apertura Bistrot role at Guerri Group In vista dell'apertura di un nuovo bistrot di ampia metratura, situato nel cuore del Centro Direzionale di Napoli a pochi passi dalla metro, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Restaurant Manager dinamico/a e con solida esperienza nella gestione di attività di ristorazione ed eventi. La figura avrà un ruolo centrale nell'organizzazione e nel coordinamento operativo del bistrot, occupandosi sia della gestione quotidiana del servizio che della pianificazione di eventi aziendali e privati, inclusi pranzi con intrattenimento musicale. Contribuirà attivamente allo sviluppo di un concept moderno, accogliente e orientato a offrire un'esperienza di qualità a una clientela diversificata. Responsabilità principali: Coordinamento e supervisione di tutte le attività del bistrot. Strutturazione e sviluppo del team operativo. Gestione del personale: selezione, formazione e motivazione del team. Organizzazione dei turni e delle attività quotidiane. Controllo della qualità del servizio e della customer experience. Supervisione della proposta food & beverage, in collaborazione con cucina e bar. Monitoraggio dei costi, approvvigionamenti e stock di magazzino. Gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e partner commerciali. Coordinamento e gestione di eventi aziendali, business lunch, aperitivi privati ed eventi su misura. Applicazione delle norme igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza sul lavoro. Contributo allo sviluppo di strategie promozionali e di fidelizzazione. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi nella ristorazione. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nella pianificazione e gestione di eventi. Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership. Conoscenza delle normative HACCP e sicurezza alimentare. Spiccate doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente. Capacità di problem solving e gestione dello stress. Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche nei weekend e festivi. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
